We ship from our store in Portland, Oregon.  Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (3 business days for international orders).  Most of our rates are determined by weight; some rates are determined by volume, especially those for air shipments.  We calculate the rate for you when you are ready to check out.  Our shipping charges start at $3 per item.  On ground shipments, we generally add $1 for each additional item.  Our most expensive ground shipping charge is $19.  We will ship anywhere in the world.  Rush air shipments received before 10 am Pacific Time will be sent out that same day.  There may be additional charges, in addition to an extra day, for rush air shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  If this is the case, we will contact you for your approval.
