We ship from our store in Portland, Oregon.  Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.  Our rates are determined by weight, size and shipping method.  Some packages go by volume, especially if they are air shipments.  We calculate this for you when you are ready to check out.  Our shipping charges start at $2 per item.  On ground shipments we generally add $1 for each additional item.  Our most expensive ground shipping charge is $13 for an unlimited amount of items.  We will ship anywhere in the world.  Rush air shipments received before 10 am PST will be sent out that same day.  There may be additional charges, in addition to an extra day for rush air shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  If this is the case, we will contact you for your approval.
