Made in Portland Oregon by Man's Face Stuff.  Ingredients: Beeswax, petroleum jelly, olive oil, candelilla wax, natural essential oils.  Scents: unscented, all-nighter (coffee and pipe tobacco), gin & tonic, red hot (cinnamon, bay, and tagetes oil), and ginger dandy (ginger and citrus). 

Handlebars never looked so good.
